Terms of Use

1. Introduction

These Terms of Use (hereinafter, the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the services provided by MARKET LINK LLC — a company registered in the Kyrgyz Republic, at the address: Kyrgyz Republic, Bishkek, Sverdlovsky District, Kievskaya Street 62; Taxpayer ID (INN): 9909692242; Registration number (OGRN): 303671-3301-000 (hereinafter, the “Company,” “we,” “our”). By using the AllVPN websites, applications, and other services (hereinafter, the “Services”), you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Eligibility to Use

You must be at least 18 years of age, or have reached the age of legal capacity under the laws of your jurisdiction, in order to use our Services.

3. Use of the Services

You agree to use the Services solely for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Violate any laws or regulations;
• Infringe our or others’ copyrights or other rights;
• Distribute malicious or offensive content;
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the operation of the services or servers.

4. Payment, Plans, and Subscriptions

The price and composition of a subscription are set out on the website or in the app store at the time of purchase and include all applicable taxes and fees. Payment is made through the app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play) and/or through the available payment instruments (bank cards, CloudPayments, etc.), the list of which is displayed at checkout.

If a subscription provides for automatic renewal, it is carried out at the end of the paid period at the current price. You can disable auto-renewal in your account settings or in your app store settings.

5. Recurring (Regular) Payments

By purchasing a subscription with automatic renewal, you consent to recurring payments — the automatic repeat charging of funds from your bank card without re-entering its details.

Activation. Recurring payments are activated upon the first payment for a subscription on the allvpn.cc website or via the Telegram bot @allvpn. By making the first payment, you authorize the storage of your card's payment token and its use for subsequent automatic charges. MARKET LINK LLC does not store your full bank card details — payment data is processed by a payment provider certified to the PCI DSS standard.

Charging terms. The charge is made in the amount of the cost of the selected plan, at a frequency equal to the plan's term (for example, monthly for a 30-day plan). The first charge occurs at the moment the subscription is arranged; subsequent charges occur automatically on the date of each billing period. If a trial period is provided, the first full charge is made at its end. The subscription remains in effect until it is cancelled by the User.

Notifications. Information about the cost, charging frequency, the date of the next payment, and the cancellation procedure is communicated to you before recurring payments are activated — on the checkout page and in the subscription settings.

Failed charge. If a charge fails (insufficient funds, card block or expiration, and the like), access to the Service may be suspended. The Operator and/or the payment provider have the right to retry the charge — up to 3 attempts over 3 days.

Cancellation. You have the right to cancel recurring payments at any time — in the Telegram bot @allvpn, in the "Subscription" menu, or by sending a request to support@allvpn.cc. Cancellation stops future automatic charges; an already-paid period remains valid until the end of the paid term.

Refunds and disputed charges. Refunds of funds are carried out in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. If you believe a charge is erroneous, contact support@allvpn.cc within 14 days of the charge date.

Changes to cost and terms. The Operator has the right to change the cost, frequency, or other terms of the subscription, having notified you at least 14 days before the changes take effect. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to cancel the subscription before the date of the next charge.

6. Refunds

If payment was made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, refunds are handled in accordance with the policy of the respective store.

For direct payments, a refund request is considered on a case-by-case basis: a refund is possible if the subscription has not been activated and the services have not in fact been rendered. To make a request, contact support@allvpn.cc. Digital services that have been fully rendered (activated) are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of all content that you post through the Services. By posting such content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display it in connection with providing the Services.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials posted on our resources (including logos, software, and documentation) are the property of, or are licensed to, MARKET LINK LLC and are protected by law. You may not use such materials without our written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as is” (“AS IS”) and “as available” (“AS AVAILABLE”), without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted operation of the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MARKET LINK LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Services.

10. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. All disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction of the Kyrgyz Republic, unless otherwise provided by the mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update the Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
