Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how MARKET LINK LLC collects, uses, discloses, and protects the personal data of users (hereinafter, “you”) when using the AllVPN website, applications, and services.

The operator of the AllVPN service and controller of personal data is MARKET LINK LLC — a company registered in the Kyrgyz Republic, at the address: Kyrgyz Republic, Bishkek, Sverdlovsky District, Kievskaya Street 62; Taxpayer ID (INN): 9909692242; Registration number (OGRN): 303671-3301-000. We operate in accordance with the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic and applicable data protection legislation, including the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Personal Data”.

2. What Data We Collect

  • Account data: email address, selected plan, activation date, and subscription term;
  • Payment data: type of payment instrument, transaction number and status, amount, and date. We do not receive or store full bank card details — they are processed by payment providers certified under the PCI DSS standard;
  • Technical connection data: IP address at the time of connection, operating system and application version, device identifier in the form of a hash (to enforce the plan’s device limit);
  • Web analytics data: cookies, pages visited and time spent on the site, device type, browser language;
  • Correspondence with our support team and any feedback you provide.

3. How We Use Data

  • Providing and improving our services, issuing access keys, and billing;
  • Responding to requests and providing user support;
  • Ensuring the security of the Service and protecting against fraud;
  • Analyzing de-identified metrics of connection quality and on-site behavior;
  • Complying with the requirements of applicable law.

4. Network Traffic and No-Logging

AllVPN is a private network access service. We do not track, analyze, or store the content of your network traffic passing through the Service’s servers, and we do not keep logs of the resources you visit. We process only the technical metadata necessary for the connection to function and to enforce plan limits (see Section 2), without any link to the content of the traffic.

5. Cookies and Analytics

The site uses:

  • Necessary cookies — enable the site to function (session, selected language, and theme). These do not require consent;
  • Analytics cookies — Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. These are set only after you give your consent.

On your first visit, you may accept or decline analytics cookies in the consent banner. Until consent is obtained, analytics cookies and identifiers are not set (Google Consent Mode is used). You can change your decision by clearing the site’s cookies in your browser settings.

6. Disclosure of Data. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with third parties for their own purposes within the meaning of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Personal Data”. We disclose the minimum necessary amount of data to the following categories of service providers solely for the purpose of delivering the service:

  • payment providers (for example, CloudPayments) — to process payments;
  • hosting and infrastructure providers — to host the Service’s servers;
  • web analytics providers (Google) — de-identified metrics, only where you have given your consent;
  • authorized government authorities — solely pursuant to a valid and lawful request.

7. Processing and Storage of Data in the Kyrgyz Republic

Data is processed and stored on servers in the Kyrgyz Republic and with our service providers. By using the Service, you understand that your data may be processed within the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.

8. Data Retention Periods

  • Account data — for the duration of the subscription and for 3 years after its termination;
  • Payment and accounting records — for the period established by the tax legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic;
  • Technical connection data — no more than 90 days;
  • Web analytics data — no more than 25 months;
  • Correspondence with the support team — no more than 3 years.

Upon expiration of the periods indicated, the data is deleted or de-identified beyond recovery.

9. Data Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures: encryption of the transmission channel (TLS), encryption of backups, access controls and logging of staff actions, and regular security audits.

10. Your Rights

In accordance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Personal Data” and other applicable data protection legislation, you have the right to:

  • know what personal data about you is collected and how it is used (right to know / access);
  • request the correction of inaccurate data (right to correct);
  • request the deletion of your data (right to delete);
  • opt out of the sale or “sharing” of data (right to opt out of sale/sharing) — we do not sell data;
  • data portability (right to data portability);
  • non-discrimination for exercising your rights (right to non-discrimination).

To exercise your rights, write to support@allvpn.cc. You also have the right to file a complaint with the competent authority — the authorized state body of the Kyrgyz Republic for personal data protection.

11. Deletion of Data

You may request the deletion of your personal data at any time by sending a request to support@allvpn.cc. We will delete the data within no more than 30 days of receiving the request, except for information we are required to retain by law (for example, payment records — see Section 8).

12. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 years of age (in accordance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Personal Data”). If we become aware that such data has been collected, it will be deleted.

13. Changes to the Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. All changes are published on this page with the current date.
