- Open allvpn.cc in Safari
- Tap the 'Connect' button
- Telegram opens automatically
- In the dialog, tap 'Connect Proxy'
- Done! A proxy icon appears next to the clock
Android
- Open allvpn.cc in your browser
- Tap 'Connect'
- Choose Telegram from the suggested apps
- Confirm the connection
Desktop (Windows/macOS/Linux)
- Open allvpn.cc in your browser
- Click 'Connect'
- If Telegram Desktop is installed, it opens automatically
- Confirm the connection
